Cancellation and Refund Policy

At YourCart.in, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations, refunds, and returns for both digital and physical products.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Digital Products: Orders for digital products, including software keys, cannot be canceled once the key has been delivered via email.
  • Physical Products: Orders for physical items can be canceled before shipment. If the item has already been shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery.

2. Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for physical products only if they meet the following criteria:
    • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
    • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • To request a return, log in to your account and go to My Account > Orders. Select the relevant order and click on the “Return” option.

3. Refund Process

  • Digital Products: Refunds are not applicable for digital products due to the nature of instant delivery.
  • Physical Products:
    • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us immediately at contact@yourcart.in with details and photos of the item. We will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened software packages.
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Log in to your account on YourCart.in.
  2. Navigate to My Account > Orders.
  3. Select the order you wish to return and click on the “Return” option.
  4. Follow the instructions provided to complete the request.
