At YourCart.in, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations, refunds, and returns for both digital and physical products.

1 Order Cancellation

  • Digital Products: Orders for digital products, including software keys, cannot be canceled once the key has been delivered via email.
  • Physical Products: Orders can be canceled before shipment. If already shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery.

2 Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for physical products only if they meet the following criteria:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • To request a return, log in to My Account → Orders and click on “Return”.

3 Refund Process

  • Digital Products: Refunds are not applicable due to the nature of instant delivery.
  • Physical Products:
    • Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
    • Amount is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Bank and payment-gateway processing times may vary; minor delays are possible during holidays.

4 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us immediately at contact@yourcart.in with details and photos of the item. We will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software packages.
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.

6 How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Log in to your account on YourCart.in.
  • Navigate to My Account → Orders.
  • Select the order and click on the “Return” option.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the request.
